The pod shoes (concrete) (4-pack) are replacement parts that are made by Hayward. They used the same high-grade materials that were used to make the original factory parts. This makes them genuine OEM parts that all our customers can trust.
The pod shoes were designed by Hayward specifically for in-ground pool systems made of concrete. It is made from a special rubber compound that’s able to stand up to the constant rubbing and contact these shoes make with the surfaces of the pool while the cleaner operates.
The parts are white to match the color scheme of the cleaner, while the pad itself is more of a yellow color due to the agents used to create them. Now because these parts are always in contact with the surface, they will wear over time and use the cleaner. We suggest checking these pads and other surrounding parts periodically and replacing them when needed. To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
